Events & Philanthropy Intern

This past summer, despite covid-19, I was very fortunate to land an internship at Cambria Countertops on their marketing team as their Events and Philanthropy intern. 

I spent my summer here helping the events team plan and execute internal company events, as well the Sanford International golf tournament sponsored by Cambria. Planning these events included collaborating with vendors, venue identification, menu development, printing and design of materials and budget tracking. 

I also got to assist in the planning and coordination of the first ever virtual Camp Cambria, where children and teens with juvenile arthritis come together for a week of fun. It was so exciting to be part of the innovation and creation of this new way of doing events at Cambria.
