CRU Campus Ministries

My freshman year, I got connected with Cru, a campus ministry at St. Thomas and other universities in the metro area. And I'm so lucky I did. My favorite college memories have come from this loving group and I've made lifelong friends, all while continuing to grow in my faith.

Considered a campus club, I took on many roles: I led a Bible study for women my last two years as well as being Cru's campus event coordinator where I led a team in planning ministry events on campus.

I also helped coordinate CRU Fall Retreat, where hundreds of  students from the other campus's in the twin cities come together for a weekend of  fellowship, friends, and fun!

Campus Hall Association

My first two years at St. Thomas I lived in the dorms, both of which years I joined the Campus Hall Association. Here, a group of us would come together to plan and coordinate events for the students in the dorm buildings.

Art Club

Seriously the best club ever! My favorite part of the week was coming together with other's and getting to spend a whole hour bringing my creative ideas to life. My dorm has always been decorated with my own DIYs and my family could always bet that their Christmas gifts from me would be handmade. This club helped a lot during college; during a stressful week of classes and work, it was great to just go create.

Intramural Soccer

I've been playing soccer since the 3rd grade, so when a friend of mine asked me my sophomore year if I wanted to put together a team with them to play intramural soccer, I was ecstatic at the idea! Though our team changed each year, my love for the sport remains the same.
